  • 1 bag hashbrowns
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 250 ml sour cream (More if you like it creamier
  • canned mushrooms to taste optional
  • shredded cheese


  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Put mixture in a 10x14 casserole dish and spread it out.
  • Cover with desired amount of shredded cheese.
  • Bake at 350˚F for 1 hour, and serve!
