Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 bag hashbrowns
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 250 ml sour cream (More if you like it creamier
- canned mushrooms to taste optional
- shredded cheese
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Put mixture in a 10x14 casserole dish and spread it out.
- Cover with desired amount of shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350˚F for 1 hour, and serve!
