Course Main Course


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3 cups elbow noodles


  • Fill a large pot and put on the stove to boil. When water starts to boil add your elbow noodles. Cook noodles until tender. Strain your elbow noodles and place back into pot.
  • Dice your onion. Add onion to medium sized frying pan along with your ground beef, and fry your hamburger as you normally would.
  • When your hamburger is cooked, place cooked hamburger in part with the cooked noodles. Open your can of tomato soup and place tomato soup into pot with noodles and hamburger. Stir until everything is mixed.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.


This can be served as a main course as is, or it can be placed into a casserole dish with ¼ top shredded cheese sprinkled on top and ¼ pop of crunched up crackers sprinkled on top cooked in the oven at 375˚F until cheese is lightly browned. Enjoy!
